[TrunkCom] upgrades within the state of Arkansas

Hi everyone.  How are you all doing?  I have just been reading on 
radioreference.com that the Arkansas State Police are going to be upgrading 
their TRS to APCO-25 6.3 by the end of this year.  I was just wondering if 
anyone knew if there are other upgrades or integrations of local systems 
within the state?  Does anyone know if Little Rock is upgrading to digital 
any time soon.?
