The Pro-96 behaves different depending on the system.

On 3600 systems: It'll skip encrypted transmissions as long as all parties are encrypted. If someone is in the clear and the encrypted party responds before the "hang time" is over, the encrypted transmission will come through.

ON 9600 systems: It doesn't skip ANY encrypted transmissions.
