"WESOLYCH SWIAT BOZEGO NARODZENIA I SZCZESLIWEGO NOWEGO ROKU" from the Albion Village Area of Strongsville. Albion Village was once an actual independent municipality. In case, you haven't guessed, that is Polish for "Happy World, Christ Is Born, and a Lucky New Year".
