I think that this just might help you out:

That should pretty much have all the Frequencies and
Talk Groups that you would need. Their migth be other
local sites that I am NOT aware of.
You have to register to use the site, and now the good
news: Registration is F R E E. You get to use it for
F R E E too.
A couple of things. Florida was to get a IMBE
Statewide TRS and switch over to it from AMBE but
instead they went with ProVoice. Sorry NO radio
scanner can currently track a ProVoice TRS.
Also, you will note, the Southern Link listing when
you click that link. Bad news, that is iDEN and NOT
Regular LTR, EDACS, MOTORLA, or P-25 MOTOROLA.
Well living in OHIO sure gets cold @ this time of the
year but and we can't drive our nice cars all year
long but @ least we can scan our
OHIO M.A.R.C.S. Statewide T.R.S..:-):-)
