[TrunkCom] FRS shoulder mic and Frequency guide

Hello all again,
 
For the holidays I just wondered if anyone knew of a place where I could  get 
a Shoulder Speaker/Microphone for Motorola FRS Talkabout 5000/5700  series.
 
Also, since Crappy Police Call is going under.  What is a good  frequency 
guide for Connecticut and New England.  I know of Scanner Master  and CT Freq 
Guide.
