Jerry what does this have to do with what we were talking about?  The
question from Jeff was about changing the LCN order over the air, which
is not possible on EDACS systems.  Stay on topic!

But to answer your question, each radio in the system is assigned an ID
number and a radio has to have a number entered in it (itcannot be
programmed with no number) .  If the number is legit it gets on the
system.  If it's not legit it doesn't get on the system.
