[TrunkCom] Radio Scanner Virus

Well, I konw that sometimes when I send something to the Pro-96 from the
computer that I have edited, the folder or bank freezes up if I have made
a mistake, but clearing and erasing the bank/folder and starting over from
scratch does the trick.
