Mapping out the LCN is easy - that's just firguring out the system
frequency order.  Figuring out which company is using the individual
talkgroups isn't.  How can you tell what company is saying "hey Joe,
bring the 2x4 out to the site".  Is it a construction company, air
conditioning company, plumber, etc.  And even if you figure out that it
is a plumber, which one of the DOZENS in the county is it?  The only way
to have confirmed talkgroup information on a business LTR system is to
have access to the LTR owner's customer information.  And most likely,
calling them up and saying "I'm a scanner owner and want to know who you
have on your LTR system" ain't gonna work.
