[TrunkCom] receiving distant digital systems

I can usually get the Downriver Mutual Aid system from Cleveland, Ohio. 
Some times I get the Westland system as well. When the bands really open 
up, however, I can usually get SE Michigan systems that walk over top of 
the local systems.
