Don't forget all Cleveland City Services:
PD FD EMS, Service are on the system. I think that
the http://www.cleveland.com/policescanner/ will only
rebroadcast the Public Safety Services and NOT the
Public Service Talk Groups.
Hey, here is a clue: When listening to the scanner
and you come across a PD broadcast:
All cars that start with:
1 = First District
2 = Second District
etc, etc. There are some that do NOT fit this scheme:
the teo digit cars and the four digit cars. NOT too
sure what all those are.
Also, I am NOT sure about the A (Able) and B(Baker)
cars as in 123A or 123B
