[TrunkCom] OpenSky Talk groups

Duh-o.  I forgot.  3600 baud trunk tracker capable
scanners will tracks VSLEP.  I should've known since I
tried that with the Cleveland Ohio VSLEP TRS.  One
draw back, you cannot hear the Digital VSLEP Voice
Frequencies.  All you hear is computer noise.
I guess this is because you would need the proper
Vocoder(?).  Then since this is a propirety system,
forget it.  As for the other two, well Tom already
answered that question.
