[TrunkCom] OpenSky Talk groups

Well, interestingly under the new Oakland County system they haven't
listed anything that I have seen. They sure do have a lot of cites, and
in the smaller communities in the northern part of the county there seems
to be a few cits per community. I don't know what progress is being made
with that, but the two systems that I have seen actual talkgroups is the
state of Pennsylvania, and Central Arizona Water.
