[TrunkCom] testing and mixed opinions on LSM modulation

Hi everyone, Detroit sure has picked up in the last day with testing the
trunked system for coverage gaps, and so far it seems to be working out
well with a few problematic areas, and one of which seemed to be a mobile
with a problem.  I was just wondering what do the rest of you think of LSM
v. regular Astro-25?  I am not very far from the Detroit boarder, and
sometimes it will work great with the Pro-96, and other times I haven't
been too pleased.  I have the correct firmware upgrade so taht isn't a
concern and I don't know whether some Detorit Dispatchers are at the main
radio shop testing, or the com center has gotten some equipment, but today
was the first day that I have heard dispatchers operating on the system,
so I don't know how far out patching will be to VHF/UHF freqs, but I would
imagine it is within the next few weeks to a month.  I'm just wondering
though what are other's opinions of LSM?
