[TrunkCom] Wayne State University LTR system?

Hieveryone.  How have you all been?  I see from radioreference.com that
Wayne State has an LTR system.  I am writing this post from near the
university, and I just programmed in the freqs listed, and haven'theard
 data bursts or anything like that.  Does anyone have more information on
this system?  It is listed as a UHF LT freqs in the 423-424 MHz range.
