[TrunkCom] PA's state system (PSRS)

I know how that goes.  Oakland County isn't saying much either, but I have
heard unconfirmed rumors that not many people want that system, and it will
be interesting to see how they intercommunicate with the state and the
neighboring counties who either will be on the state of Michigan's system or
Motorola Astro systems of their own.  Has anyone heard of this Network first
system that is supposed to be able to link everyone together on trunked and
conventional systems?
