[TrunkCom] PA's state system (PSRS)

Well, that isn't any more then what I have found, and we had a thread come
up on scan-l and I guess about 90% of the state is on line now, but who
knows how well it has worked.  I knew that there was a gag order on the
state system, and I don't know what the progress is on the Oakland County
system in Michigan.  Does anyone know about the Landcaster system in PA?
