Unless I misread your statement, you said the users experienced trouble at
the same time. If that's the case it's a "flaw" in the system, not the
trunktracker. I don't experience that with a 3600bd system here, but
sometimes I'll get only the digital "LINK" and no voice...but I think that
happens when a user does a very short keyup.
Hang out on those freqs with a second scanner and see if there's a carrier
from another system at the time it happens. Second scanner should be
non-P25.
