[TrunkCom] calls missed on both TRS and Uniden BC250D

Hi everyone.  I just have a question about a flaw and I am not sure whether
or not it has to do with the radio I have or the trunked system.  Some times
I will get just an open carrier with no digital at all, and it doesn't
appear to be coming from the TRS I am monitoring and tracking, but last
night when it happened someone on the system was having trouble getting a
call.  This comes and goes, and I'm not sure what it is but it seems to come
from either 867.15 or 867.625.  Has anyone else noticed this at all?  The
Grosse Pointe system in Michigan is the only one I have noticed so far that
experiences this.
