Greetings to all,
Due to overwhelming requests, The South Patrol Online Scanner now
includes monitoring of Pd P-to-P & St Louis County Mutual Aid/ISPERN/MOLEEN.

The St Louis City Online Police scanner now monitors these:

- Dist 1 & 2 (57360)
- Dist 3 (57392)
- All All-Points Bulletins (City Wide)
- All Emergency button activations (City Wide)
- Pd Point-to-Point (155.370)
- Stl Co Mutual Aid/ISPERN/MOLEEN (155.475)

ISPERN = Illinois State Police Emergency Radio Network
MOLEEN = Missouri Law Enforcement Emergency Network
(MOLEEN is not yet implemented state-wide, licenses are being
being applied for by all state agencies ; Most agencies in the St
Louis Metro Area have have had access to 155.475 for years)

155.475 is the primary frequency used by St Louis City Pd to
make contact with the ISP, District 11 in Collinsville. 155.370 is
secodary to reach the ISP. My 245xlt is currently scanning both
of these conventional channels. It should be noted that my bc-245xlt
was one of the first of them, so it does have that conventional scan
'DELAY', about 5-seconds. This means that it monitors the Trunk
system for 5-sconds after the last talkgroup, then quickly checks
conventional. Then goes back to 'Trunk' monitoring for another
5-seconds, before checking conventional again. I can not defeat
this. Sorry.
