Are the number of programmable quick keys fixed, or can someone program more 
than 10 quick keys ... as long as total memory is not exceeded?

In your original post, one of the features mentioned was rapid decode of PL / 
DPL.  Any word as to whether Uniden has gotten the decode time for PL down 
into milliseconds?
