[TrunkCom] MPT1327 information

   Hi Jeff and list - I didn't think there would be a lot of info on the 
net on MPT1327, simply because there aren't that many systems here in the 
US; but worldwide is quite another matter.  Boy was I wrong.

   First, I'd check the MPT1327 forum at RadioReference
   Then for software, I'd go to:
   http://www.strongsignals.net/access/content/software.html#DECODE

   Note that the link for Tronquito is dead (and the one at RadioReference 
is also dead)  anyone have a good link?

   Anyhow the other packages listed there (Ftrunk, ect.) are all good.
   There are 3 MPT1327 software groups at Yahoo (I'll add these to the 
Strong Signals page shortly):

   And AFAIK the Winradio Trunking module includes MPT1327.
