[TrunkCom] Help with base, offset, and setting

I have the following data from the control channel

408.2500 017C
409.0125 01B9
410.4125 0229
411.0000 0258
410.0000 0208
409.4125 01D9

When I use the formulas that are on the Trunkedradio.net page

I get the following
Base 408.25
Offset 380
Spacing 12.5

I have limited knowledge of these systems however I never saw a system where
the base
freq was actually a freq in the system, is that possible?

Can anyone tell me if my calculations seem correct ?
