[TrunkCom] New MARCS stuff coming on line

I probably should have qualified this statement for those who are not local to 
Central Ohio, Mike is a member of the EMA staff in Clark County, and is a Red Cross 
Disaster Services instructor and is Disaster Services coordinator for the Clark County.
