As usual, SE Ohio is left out in the cold and not everybody has got
theirs there yet.
But then, I personally believe it's probably going to be 2006 or so
before all the sites are on line in SE Ohio, an area of the state that
always ends up being tail-end charlie. No wonder Ironton and other
cities in that area often express a desire to be in West Virginia rather
than Ohio.
