[TrunkCom] Ohio M.A.R.C.S. Neighbor Sites/Affiliations

Could somebody please explain to me the purpose of
each of the following:  Ohio M.A.R.C.S. Neighbor
Sites/Affiliations.  I am NOT well versed in the
aspect of trunking.  Motorola, EDACS, LTR, yes I
understand this now but the whole concept of Ohio
M.A.R.C.S. Neighbor Sites/Affiliations is confusing 
to me.
