[TrunkCom] fire gear and difficult to understand comms

I know that's right, but you know how that goes with the radios. They can't
understand something or someone its the radio that seems to take the blame
at least here. Other then that which is a universal problem our system is
working fine, and I still haven't heard any more on the Open Sky deal in
Oakland County, but I was reading that Milwaukee is getting ready to go Open
Sky. Any more word on that?
