[TrunkCom] systems that will be using and already are using CQPSK

Well, the Detroit system has gone from one delay after another, and I guess
I'll be setting a side money for the Pro-96 or BC296. How does CQPSK work
with the 250D and 785D? I heard that there were problems, and what is the
advantage of CQPSK?
