[TrunkCom] the ability to use I-calls and who should have it?

Hi everyone.  I have been noticing with my BC250D when monitoring I-calls
that on some systems they are used more so then on others and with the
700000 TG programed into my radio I hear not only I-calls from unit to unit,
but also phone patch calls.  I've also discovered that from 700000 to about
710000 when I enter these TG IDS into the 250D they work.  I know that
700000 is for I-calls in Motorola systems, and .0 is for EDACS, but what are
the other talkgroups above 700000 for?  Also with EDACS I can enter in .0 .1
.2 etc.  What are these for?  Any information would be great, and thanks in
advance.
