[TrunkCom] UHF LTR programming on BC250D and monitoring

Hi everyone.  I am a little confused with regard to the programming with the
BC250D in using it for UHF LTR.  When I go to enter in talk groups I get the
squelch and can't seem to enter them in.  I am following the programming
instructions for programming in UHF LTR, but with just the ability to track
it unless I am missing something.  Any help on keystrokes would be great,
and thanks in advance.
