[TrunkCom] identifying pro-voice talk groups and finding equipment that will allow monitoring pro-voice

I don't have an immediate need for Provoice, but I would still like to get
my hands on a model that will do Provoice, and this of course will be a long
shot, but Opensky even if that ever comes, but with the few number of
systems that are using it now that won't happen for a while.  Does anyone
know if they are working on R and D for Multinet II?
