No. Motorola, EDACS, and LTR all use sub-audible signalling on the voice
channel, so there's no place (or need) to put PL or DPL on it. The
signalling on Motorola systems will sometimes have the same "sound" as
certain DPL codes, thus the scanners will think there is DPL on the
channel.
