Do you have the status bit turned off on the bank you have Mecklenberg County 
in?

I don't normally listen to the CMPD talkgroups, but they often pair the 
talkgroups with multiselect ... so the I-Ds of each of the paired I-Ds will come 
across +3  (8755).

Charlotte-Mecklenberg Police does this when the dispatcher staffing is less 
than the number of talkgroups being worked ... staff shortages due to vacations 
/ training / appreciation, times when dispatch traffic is slow (overnight), 
etc.
