In most cases, yes.  But I have a unit that would not decode despite
adjusting the audio setting.  All I got was a low buzz.  When I read
about a Lentini Communications tech finding a badly seated ribbon cable,
I opend the radio and found the same thing.  Now it works.

The whole digital card is new for us, so no doubt most of it is user
error.  But not all.
