[TrunkCom] am learning the 250, but need help

Good afternoon everyone.  I spent the whole afternoon with a couple of
friends of mine and the BC250D, and after trial and error got  the trunked
part down with programming.  I even figured out how to do some type II
talk group IDS, but I can't get the radio to do a general search through
all the system's talk groups like I could the other units.  I also need
help with learning the different search features, and how to program
things like VHF and UHF LTR and other systems.  Like I said we spent the
afternoon with the textbook, and as luck had it an XTS-3000 to try
different talk groups on my local system.  If someone could please E-mail
me off line, I really need to talk to someone as Uniden's customer service
rep told me she hadn't been trained with the new scanners, any help would
be great, and thanks.
