[TrunkCom] New E-Scanner Software

Good morning. I have spent the morning looking at the E-Scanner software
Uniden shipped with the new BC-785D and BC-250D units, and I have to agree
that it seems to be worthless software.

It is not user friendly, and it appears that you cannot build any personal
databases or create talkgroups.  Instead you must pay additional money to
Uniden to download their files.

Unless I'm missing something obvious, we will have to wait a month or so for
third party software to program these radios or do it manually.

Has anyone else had better luck with this software?
