[TrunkCom] Question about Tulsa PD

I am trying to find out what type of system Tulsa police and fire uses.  =
My name is Mike.  I'm fifteen, and am also blind.  Also, when =
programming the pro 94 for trunking, do you program the talk group ID's =
or the frequencies like normal?  Any information about these two topics =
would be appreciated.  I have tried to ask radio shack but have had no =
luck.  Thanks,
