Yes. Lets say a trooper is chasing someone in cleaveland in zone 14 tg 14042
and he passes into zone 15 5 towns away in north riverhead. The system will
make up a temp talkgroup like when you start your isp and your pc utilizes ram
and then when you move out of that zone and go into another one like shutting
down yahoo and going into word the pc releases the ram and uses it for word.
I'm not sure how marcs is set up but in ct troopers can either switch to the
corresponding tg or go to swcomm or statewide comm where they all can talk to
each other. The dispatcher should be able to hear surrounding tgs to keep
informed. Whereever he is he can keep in constant contact with cleaveland
barracks on 14042 whiether he's in amish country or at the illonois boarder.
