Are all three systems interconnected so as to provide
seamless coverage?

If a talk groups starts a converstaion on a particular
site an a mobile unit is involved in a chase will this
talk group move from site to site?  From system 1/2/3
to system 1/2/3?

Do the talk groups and sites function like cell towers
/ cell phone E.A.N numbers where there is a handoff
involved from site to site?
