    cancelled until further notice

According to a PDF at http://www.mpscs.com/html/what_s_new_.html , the
upgrade to APCO-25 6.0 has been cancelled until further notice. Nothing
further was given. The link above also has PDF's of past fax bulletins sent
to system users about the upgrade.

Note there are also quarterly bulletins at
http://www.mpscs.com/html/news.html that may be of interest to some for
keeping up on system developments.
