City of Marietta is UHF (453 MHz).
Washington County is VHF-low band (46.14 fire, 39 MHz sheriff). Some 
county fire departments use repeaters on 460..575, 460.600 and 460.625 
linked to fire low band.

City of Parkersburg (about 15 miles downriver) has an 800 MHz LTR 
trunked system.
