Well, I began to doubt that when no talk groups were active even though
there were quite a bit of coms on the suystem. I don't know if it is all
Pro-voice or not, but will monitor on Monday when other county agencies
listen up. How can one tell the difference between AEGIS and Pro-Voice?
Last winter when I was in Napels, Florida, and in the area there were some
digital coms on the EDACS system there that sounded like AEGIS, but
someone said they went Pro-Voice. Now I know it was Pro-voice, but there
were still quite a lot of analogue activity going on on the system. What
about operating in convertional mode?
