They are probably private calling the radio at the hospital and talking to
them through private call. The BC245XLT cannot track private calls, so this
is most likely the case.

mode i can hear the conversations just fine. i have checked all of my locked
out ID's but this isn't the problem. I have talked to a few other people but
nobody can figure it out. can you help thanks .
