[TrunkCom] 9.6 K trunked systems

I was N O T aware of the fact that it was propriety
formatting stuff.  I just thought that it was Digital
Version 1 and that P-25 was Version Two and that P-25,
Phase II was Digital Version Three and that Tetra P-25
compatibility was Version Four, etc..
