Those are the UHF MED channels. Conventional, not trunked. Any EMS can
get them if they want them. Don't really even need a license, as they're
common EMS-to-hospital channels.
The only user of them up there that I know of was Cleveland EMS, and
they've gone to 800 MHz. I suspect they may still have access to them
for backup EMS-to-hospital use, though.
