It's hard to say for sure from the pictures, but the buttons look the
same size as the 245xlt. It's the same basic layout as the 245xlt, with
the speaker on top, then the display below that, and then the buttons.
There's a VFO button just below the display and above the number keys.
As for how easy it will be for you, unfortunately we won't know for sure
until it gets in our hands. From the manual it programs a lot like the
780xlt, if that helps.
