[TrunkCom] Detroit Department of Transportation TRS

Well, this channel has always sounded different.  What have you found to
be the off set, andwhat activities have you heard on it?    The buses as I
said are still using the old freqs, and it has been on for almost eight
months, but no real activity.  Was this system supposed to go digital?
