[TrunkCom] Detroit Department of Transportation TRS

I was listening to the data channel this morning and it sounds different 
than it did before.  Earlier it sounded like Motorola 3600 baud, in fact 
my BC-780 was able to lock onto it, but now it sounds faster.  I know 
the first users of this system are the maintenance group, then gradually 
others are supposed to join.  They must have made some changes to the 
system recently.
