[TrunkCom] Motorola and LTR systems in Detroit and the new scanners

Hi everyone.  I have been looking forward to the new scanners coming, but
I have noticedssomething strange with the Repeater System's LTR system in
the Detroit area.  There appears to be some conventional ops on the same
freqs as the TRS.  The Detroit Schools aave jumped the gun and have gone
to this system for security operations, but right before Detroit has made
plans to go to 800 MHz digital.  Now the Detroit Schools are off the old
856.1375 freq altogether they have been on for a number of years.  What I
am wondering is how easy will this LTR system be to track with the new
scanners, and what will the schools be able to do short of getting
Motorola radios for some people to interact with DPD once they go to 800
MHz?  y
