[TrunkCom] EDACS and Monitoring Times

I have also got an EDACS white paper in .pdf format that I can send to
anyone if you let me know off list.  Or, I can translate it, and send it a
long as a text file too.  I downloaded it from the EDACS homepage a few
months ago, and it is like an introductory to EDACS trunking.  It talks
about  all aspects of EDACS including digital in a non-technical way, but it
could be helpful to some.
