Correct.

Incorrect. I have the local paging rebroadcast and all the NSPAC ITAC
channels programmed into the same bank as my EDACS system. Works
quite well.

Correct

Correct.

No need to lock out channels. When scanning the channels are selected
based on the LCN's, then scanning of the conventional if no active TG's in
your scan list are active.

Correct. Pro 92/2067 ONLY use decimal NOT Unidens AFS format.

No, that is not correct.

02 is the Agency of the active group: ie: 02 may be law enforcement, 03
fire, 04 ems, 05 DPW, 06 may be another law enforcement.

All of this is signifigant in translating from AFS (02-xxx) to decimal

Valid Agencies are 00 to 15. Valid fleets are 000 to 157 which yields 2047
possible talkgroups.

The full 02-231 is invalid for EDACS.It has no correlation to the LCN at all.
